Try checking whether you received the e-mail in your spam folder. If you have not received the e-mail, you can ask for support by writing an e-mail to areabusiness@bvfdl.it.

Click on “Login business area” at the top right and then click on “forgot password”. Once you have clicked on it, you will have to enter your e-mail address with which you registered and send your request. After a short while you will receive an e-mail in your inbox (check your spam/junk mail folder) to recover your access data.

In order to register on the BiotoBio website, you must have a customer code, which is provided to you after you have applied through the “become a customer” section. Click on the button below, fill in the fields following the instructions and send the form. You will be contacted within 7 working days.
